These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Awakened London website (awakenedlondon.com) and your purchases from our online store (shop.awakenedlondon.com). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Using our website

Our website is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not use it in any way that breaches any applicable law or that is fraudulent, harmful, or abusive. We reserve the right to suspend or withdraw access to our website at any time without notice.


 

 

Placing an order

When you place an order on our store, you are making an offer to purchase goods at the stated price. We accept your offer when we send you an order confirmation email. A contract is formed at that point.


We reserve the right to decline any order, for example if a product is out of stock or if we suspect fraud. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund within 14 days.


All prices shown on the store include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors before a contract is formed. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you to offer the correct price or cancel the order with a full refund.


 

 

Payment

Payment is processed securely at checkout via Shopify Payments. We accept major debit and credit cards. We do not store your full card details. Payment is taken at the point of order.


 

 

Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom. Delivery charges and estimated timescales are shown at checkout before you complete your order. Once we dispatch your order we will send a confirmation email, including tracking details where available.


We aim to dispatch orders within 3 to 5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including severe weather, industrial action, or postal disruption). If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@awakenedlondon.com.


Risk in the goods passes to you when we hand them to the carrier. Ownership passes to you when we receive payment in full.


 

 

Products

We make every reasonable effort to display and describe our products accurately. However:


  • Colours in photographs may vary slightly from the actual product due to screen settings and photography.

  • Ingredient and nutritional information is based on current label data; minor formulation changes may occur.

  • Awakened Aperitivo contains less than 0.5% ABV and is a non-alcoholic product. It is vegan and gluten-free. Full ingredient and nutritional information is on the product label and on the product page.


 

 

Returns and refunds

Please see our Return and Refund Policy for full details of your right to cancel and how to return goods. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these Terms or by our returns policy.


 

 

Intellectual property

All content on this website -- including text, recipes, images, logos, brand assets, and design -- belongs to Awakened London Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. You may share links to our pages and use content for your own personal, non-commercial reference.


 

 

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any order or your use of our website is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.


We are not liable for:


  • indirect or consequential loss;

  • loss of profit, revenue, or business;

  • loss or corruption of data; or

  • loss arising from events outside our reasonable control.


Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.


 

 

Consumer rights

If you are a consumer (purchasing as a private individual, not for business purposes), these Terms do not affect your statutory rights, including your rights under:


  • the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described);

  • the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (14-day right to cancel for online purchases).


 

 

Complaints

If you have a complaint about a product or our service, please email hello@awakenedlondon.com. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and resolve them within 14 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk) or your local Trading Standards office.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These are provided for your convenience only. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites and their inclusion does not constitute an endorsement.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
