Ingredients

• 40ml Awakened Aperitivo

• 80ml chilled sparkling water

• Ice

• Piece of lemon peel

Method

1. Fill a wine glass or highball with ice.

2.  Pour in the Awakened Aperitivo.

3. Top with chilled sparkling water — no stirring needed, just a light swirl.

4. Add a twist of lemon peel to serve.
