Ingredients
40ml Awakened Aperitivo
80ml chilled sparkling water
Ice
Piece of lemon peel
Method
Fill a wine glass or highball with ice.
Pour in the Awakened Aperitivo.
Top with chilled sparkling water — no stirring needed, just a light swirl.
Add a twist of lemon peel to serve.
