Created by a chef, it sits effortlessly alongside food: bright, layered, and endlessly pairable. Built from vibrant botanicals, citrus and spice, it brings balance, depth and energy to every moment, from slow afternoons to long evenings.

How to serve: Over ice, as you would a vermouth. Or lengthen with sparkling water and a twist of lemon peel for a fresh, food-friendly non-alcoholic wine alternative.

Ingredients: Filtered water, organic agave syrup, kombucha (fermented tea) (6%), cider vinegar, sugar cane molasses, lime juice from concentrate (3.4%), botanical extracts (yerba mate, lemongrass, basil, pink peppercorn), sumac berry extract (0.45%), natural flavourings, colour (plant concentrates: sweet potato and carrot), gentian infusion, vitamins, preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate).

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 12 weeks.
