Using our website
Our website is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not use it in any way that breaches any applicable law or that is fraudulent, harmful, or abusive. We reserve the right to suspend or withdraw access to our website at any time without notice.
Placing an order
When you place an order on our store, you are making an offer to purchase goods at the stated price. We accept your offer when we send you an order confirmation email. A contract is formed at that point.
We reserve the right to decline any order, for example if a product is out of stock or if we suspect fraud. All prices shown include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before a contract is formed.
Payment
Payment is processed securely at checkout via Shopify Payments. We accept major debit and credit cards. We do not store your full card details. Payment is taken at the point of order.
Delivery
We deliver within the United Kingdom. Delivery charges and estimated timescales are shown at checkout. We aim to dispatch orders within 3 to 5 working days. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk in the goods passes to you when we hand them to the carrier. Ownership passes to you when we receive payment in full.
Products
Awakened Aperitivo contains less than 0.5% ABV and is a non-alcoholic product. It is vegan and gluten-free. Full ingredient and nutritional information is on the product label and on the product page. Colours in photographs may vary slightly from the actual product.
Returns and refunds
Please see our Return and Refund Policy for full details of your right to cancel and how to return goods. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these Terms.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, recipes, images, logos, brand assets, and design, belongs to Awakened London Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Consumer rights
If you are a consumer, these Terms do not affect your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Complaints
If you have a complaint, please email hello@awakenedlondon.com. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and resolve them within 14 days.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
