Where we ship

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are outside the UK and would like to enquire about availability, please contact us at hello@awakenedlondon.com.

Delivery times

Orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 working days of placement. We dispatch on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Once your order has been collected by Royal Mail Tracked, delivery typically takes 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, particularly during busy periods such as the December holiday season.

Shipping rates

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been collected.

Packaging

Your bottle is packed in protective, recyclable packaging designed to keep the glass safe in transit. Please keep your packaging in case you need to return an item.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. If you have not received this within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@awakenedlondon.com.

Missing, delayed, or damaged deliveries

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at hello@awakenedlondon.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please take a photograph of the packaging and the bottle within 48 hours of delivery and email it to hello@awakenedlondon.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
